Declaration to the World and Beyond. Year: 2020

Call me MegaMan. I hereby declare the beginning of the peacetime war. Several arenas have been set up, one on Mars, one on Luna, and one in orbit of Terra. These arenas will hold challenges between squadrons, similar to an Olympics. We will submit our best pilots, you will submit yours, and the judges will see who is best. This is a battle in 3 arenas, as well as in 3 degrees.

1) The first degree of judgment is your ability to Fight, fly, and perform. You will also be given bonus points for good stunts.
2) The second degree of judgment is your ability to create. You will be asked to make original modifications to your VF, Jet, or Destroid, and make your vehicle unique in Armament, and maybe even design, though that is not a requirement. Just be creative.
3) And the third Degree is your ability to command, and/or follow orders. In some games, you may be in teams, and you need to be able to work together. You may be put together with someone you don't like. Live with it.
